The Bonfiglioli Quality System is adopted by the different companies of the Bonfiglioli synergistically in order to contribute to the Bonfiglioli’s growth. In practice, this translates into a joint management that monitors all stages of the unified procedure according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards. For the Bonfiglioli, this involved significant changes in all the areas of the company, as well as substantial investment financially and in terms of human resources.
By obtaining these certifications, the Bonfiglioli’s companies proved their ability to produce and guarantee quality in accordance with their own operating system.
The Bonfiglioli can flaunt the European record scored by its companies, who were the first to obtain aquality system certification from three different internationally acknowledged authorities, members of Sincert: Det Norske Veritas Italia and TUV.
Customer care, thanks to different services offered to customers, plays a key role for the whole Bonfiglioli, and the MOSAICO facility in particular, in the field of e-business, is the latest service introduced by the Bonfiglioli.
